M Magazine
The last magazine is also an M magazine that is targeted for different genres of music. I created an identity for the main cover stars. I chose the name 'NEW SOUND' for the band as they look new and fresh. The font I chose is urban and edgy giving a hippie but new vibe for the band. I put the band name is black and the text underneath in white as this is a classic combination and works with the background of the image. I then incorporated the red from the masthead into the other cover lines. On one of the cover lines i added a quote from a new band - this will give the reader insight into what the article inside will be about. The cover line is in bold so it stands out as the main cover line on the page. I placed the cover lines around the image so it can still be seen by the reader.
