Featured Artists
In my magazine I am planning on featuring an single solo female artists, and a band - I am still deciding whether or not this band will be mixed or a boy band or a girl band. I am hoping I will be able to make a decision soon after completing some further research. The artists I will feature will be new and upcoming, they will be exclusives in my magazine.
I want my solo artist to fit the pop genre with a country genre cross over - just like i spoke about in a previous post. I hope that my artist will fit in the charts alongside Taylor swift and Miley Cyrus who fit into similar genres. She must have a vintage look and feel but must offer the new urban sound of the current pop charts. She will be bright but classy and I want her name to match this.

I want my artists name to reflect her personality and her music. I don't want it to be too wacky and out of the ordinary but at the same time I don't want it to be too generic. I am going to use a random name generator to come up with a few of the best suggestions, I will make my decision on the best name based on the criteria I have set. In my next post I will show the results of the generator.
