Teacher Feedback

In today's lesson, we each were asked to present our completed Remake Remodel Task in front of the entire class. We did this in order to receive some positive feedback on our work as well as some constructive feedback from our teacher. We had to talk about what we had done and why we did it. I began by talking why I chose to remake and remodel a Billboard magazine. I said i chose it as it is a prominently a pop magazine that includes a lot of genre crossovers. This matches what I want my magazine to do.  I also talked about my colour choices, my choice of fonts, my photography decisions as well as the other conventions of a magazine - skyline, barcode, dateline and price. I also spoke about my whole process of making it (I also spoke about it in a previous post < http://caitlynwilliamsas.blogspot.co.uk/2016/11/remake-remodel-task.html > )  I spoke about the process from the photography to editing.

After presenting I was given my feedback, which was:

• Modelling my task on an existing magazine was an excellent thing to do, as it gave me a plan and layout to follow. However it was good that I had adapted it to my style. 
• I had included everything that was needed and asked.
