Research into Potential Target Audience: Audience Research Questionnaire

This is my first questionnaire that I have created. It has 12 questions which I believe will help answer my own personal questions about my magazine. I have printed off physical copies and have handed them out to be completed, I have selected a certain day for them to be completed - this will be Monday 28th of November. When I have enough participants I will be analysing the results and publishing them on here. I will be following with a second questionnaire about my potential target audience. 

Here are the questions I will be asking, there will be a different range of ways for the participant to answer. Options may be tick boxes or full answers. I will also be getting justifications for some answers to help strengthen my analysis further, giving me more insight into what I need.

2. Which name best reflects the identity of a pop artist?
3. What would you like to see a pop magazine called?
4. Does the pop genre and country genre work well together?
5. How many images would you like to see on the front cover of a pop magazine?
6. What would you like to see more a new Boy Band, Girl Band or a mixed group in a pop magazine?
7. Can you give any suggestions for the name of a new band? 
8. Is direct mode of address something that is important on the front cover of a magazine and on a double page spread?
9. On the double page spread where would you like to see the main image on?
10. How many stories would you expect to see in a pop magazine?
11. Would you buy a pop magazine personally?
12. How often would you expect to see a pop magazine published?
